- The prices displayed on our site are in CHF and exclude VAT, as per current regulations.

- 4.1 SHIPPING METHODS: We offer various shipping methods, including: 

  •  Free shipping on certain items. Look for the note <this item ships for free> next to the product name, image or in the summary.

  •  Paid, standard, and priority shipping based on Swiss postal rates.

  • Starting from a specified amount, subject to change without notice based on the decision of our management.

  •   Next-business-day priority shipping upon payment receipt. - Economy shipping within 2 to 3 business days of payment receipt. Our shipping services cover all of Switzerland. For shipping within Europe or internationally, information will be provided in this section when available. - 4.2 SHIPPING TIMES: Delivery times vary based on destination and chosen shipping method. 

  •  - 4.3 SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping fees are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. - 4.4 SHIPPING CONDITIONS: Delivery conditions are outlined in the above Article 4 on shipping.

7.ARTICLE 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. 5.1 Withdrawal principle:

  1. As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal, allowing you to return the product without justification within 14 days of receiving your order.

5.2 Conditions of withdrawal:
For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be returned in its original and complete state (packaging, accessories, instructions...). Consumable products must not have been unsealed, to ensure the safety of subsequent customers. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be subject to a discount.
5.3 Return method:
To facilitate return management, we recommend that you notify us in advance of your intention to return the product. To do this, please contact us at the following address: himalaya@saidor.ch.
5.4 Effects of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we commit to refunding you all payments received, except for the return costs, without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
5.5 Return costs:
Unless there is an error on our part or if the delivered product is defective or non-compliant, the return costs are borne by the customer. The customer is free to choose the method of return, but we strongly recommend choosing a return mode with tracking to avoid disputes in case of package loss by the carrier.
5.6 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

- All intellectual property rights related to our website, including text, images, videos, and our products, are strictly reserved. No rights are granted to anyone to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content or elements on Himalaya-mandeln.ch without our prior written consent.

- These general terms and conditions remain in effect indefinitely.

- Digital records validate our transactions.

14. **ARTICLE 12. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES**

- All disputes are subject to Swiss law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Geneva courts.
